Alert system

As part of a constant desire to strengthen its ethical commitments and to make it easy for everyone to report a situation that does not comply with its principles or applicable laws and regulations, the Fleury Michon Group has implemented its own alert system.

This system resulting from the provisions of law n°2016-1691 known as the “Sapin 2” law allows any person qualified as a whistleblower to bring their report to the attention of the Ethics Officer.

It thus protects the author of the report, acting in good faith and without direct financial compensation, in particular by providing guarantees in terms of protection of whistleblowers, confidentiality and information security.
